Article 1: Application of General Terms of Use and Sale
These General Terms of Use and Sale (hereinafter the “GTUS”) apply to any use of services and products provided by SeedAngels company, [SARL], with a capital of [€10,000], registered in the RCS of [Paris] under number [xxx], whose registered office is located at [44 rue Notre-Dame de Nazareth, 75003 Paris]. They also apply to all future functional developments of the Service.
By accessing the site or placing an order, the User expressly and unreservedly accepts these GTUS. The User waives the right to rely on contrary provisions or provisions not expressly specified in these GTUS.
Article 2: Definitions
- User: any person using the SeedAngels Service, whether customer or simple visitor.
- Customer: any User who has made a paid order.
- Service: solution developed by SeedAngels allowing the generation of a personalized document based on data entered by the Customer whose content is partially masked.
- Product: personalized document generated and delivered in its complete version via the Service.
Article 3: Description of SeedAngels Service
SeedAngels offers an online platform for generating personalized documents. The Customer enters their data via a form, then receives the corresponding personalized document immediately after payment.
Article 4: Service Usage Costs
Access to the Service is free. Only the generation of a Product is subject to billing, according to the current rates displayed on the site.
Article 5: Order
Any Product order is subject to complete filling of the form and full payment of the price. Payment validation constitutes a firm and final order.
Article 6: Price and Payment
Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included. They are subject to change at any time, but remain guaranteed to the Customer at the time of order. Payment is immediately due by the means indicated on the site. The sale is deemed perfect upon payment confirmation.
Any change in the VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of Products.
Article 7: Product Distribution
The Product is delivered immediately after payment, in digital format. In accordance with article L221-28 1° and 13° of the Consumer Code, the Customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal. This waiver is recorded by validating a mandatory checkbox before payment. No refund will be made.
Article 8: Liability
SeedAngels cannot be held responsible for errors attributable to data entered by the Customer or for the consequences of using the Product. The Service is provided “as is” and without express or implied warranty. SeedAngels' liability is in any case limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the Product concerned.
Article 9: Service Modification or Suspension
SeedAngels reserves the right to modify or suspend, temporarily or permanently, all or part of the Service, without notice or compensation.
Article 10: Intellectual Property
All content and tools of the Service are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
Article 11: Personal Data
The data entered is used only for Product generation and, in anonymized form, for statistical purposes. They are kept for a maximum period of [X years] and secured in accordance with GDPR requirements. SeedAngels undertakes to comply with applicable regulations, particularly the GDPR. Rights of access, rectification, opposition and deletion can be exercised at the address: support@seedangels.ai.
Article 12: Proof Agreement
Computer records kept by SeedAngels constitute proof of orders, payments and communications between the parties.
Article 13: Dispute Resolution — Mediation — Competent Court — Applicable Law
These GTUS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the Customer may resort to a conventional mediation procedure. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the courts of Paris will have sole jurisdiction.
