Based in France, I spent several years as Director of Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance at Auchan Retail, where I analysed, structured and negotiated deals ranging from a few million to several billion dollars.

Alongside this, I am a Business Angel investing in early-stage startups. I have read hundreds of Pitch Decks, Business Plans and financial forecasts, and I know precisely what holds an investor's attention, and what makes them lose interest within thirty seconds.

At SeedAngels, my role is to ensure that what the tool produces is aligned with what investors genuinely expect.

Full stack developer since 2009, I started my career in Lille before moving to Montreal in 2016.

In 2020, I co-founded Neatro, an online retrospective tool for remote teams. We built the product, wrote the content, grew the audience, and reached €20K MRR in 2023. While seeking to raise funds for Neatro, I discovered just how opaque, time-consuming and frustrating preparing a round can be when you do not have the right tools.

I left Neatro in 2025, and SeedAngels was born from that experience: building the tool I wish I'd had.

Why we built SeedAngels

When an entrepreneur wants to raise funds, they come up against a wall: producing a credible Business Plan, a Pitch Deck that stands up, and a financial forecast that does not collapse at an investor's first question. Most improvise, pay an accountant several thousand euros, or give up.

We have lived this wall from the inside, one of us as an entrepreneur seeking to raise, the other as an investor watching poorly prepared applications cross his desk. The conclusion was the same on both sides: there was no tool designed to structure the preparation, rather than replace it.

SeedAngels is that tool. A preparation tool, designed by an entrepreneur who has experienced the difficulties of fundraising from the inside, and by an investor who knows precisely what is expected on the other side of the table.
