This page never receives your file. You upload it inside the SeedAngels app, where it is used for your analysis only: it is never shared and no human reads it. It stays in your account so you can reopen your report, and you can delete it at any time from your past analyses.
Only PDF is supported at present, because our model reads PDFs natively with perfect fidelity to the layout. To convert a DOC/DOCX to PDF, open it in Word or Google Docs and choose File → Export → PDF.
The 29 criteria reflect the exact structure SeedAngels uses to build business plans ready for fundraising: executive summary, problem & solution, market environment, acquisition, financial forecast (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), team and financing needs. It is the framework professional investors and bankers expect.
The analyzer applies the 29-point methodology a senior VC or banker uses to review a financing application. This business plan evaluation is rigorous and well calibrated for early-stage business plans, but it complements, rather than replaces, a real discussion with an investor or an experienced advisor.
PDF files up to 10 MB are accepted. If your business plan is heavier, try compressing the images or exporting at a lower DPI before uploading again.
Typically 60 to 90 seconds depending on the size of your business plan. Please do not close the page during the analysis.
The analysis tells you what your business plan is missing; the research, an optional add-on, finds the data: for the theme you choose (market, competition, financial forecast…), every claim of your plan is checked against public sources and confirmed, corrected or completed, with the sources to cite, and the plan's sections on that theme are rewritten, ready to paste into your document.
